An opportunity exists within our busy office for a person having strong computer and organisational skills and also having the ability to multi task.
Responsibilities will include:
· Liaising with clients
· Creating and scheduling jobs within our Database.
· Generating purchase orders and quoting minor works under supervision
· Invoicing service jobs and Minor Works jobs
· General office duties as required.
· Fast accurate data entry skills required minimum 55wpm
· Contract administration tasks under supervision
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Experience with simPRO service management software would be advantageous, however, support and training will be provided.
Experience working in the Fire Service industry, or other building and construction industry, will be well regarded. If However, you have good organisational skills and think this position suits you, please apply.
